Dating from 1669, this Renaissance synagogue is the highlight of the Jewish Quarters with its beautifully restored frescoes and a wonderful historical model of the ghetto as it appeared in the mid-19th century. Entry is by 30-minute guided tour, with tours scheduled once an hour throughout the day.
