In the warmer months, Rålambshovsparken is one of the city’s favourite playgrounds, packed with picnicking Swedes fresh from a dip in the lake. Take a swim, hire a canoe or just get physical at the free alfresco aerobics sessions – there's nearly always a nightly exercise class of some kind through the summer.
