Prasat Damrei (Elephant Temple) lies at the eastern end of a 3km-long baray (reservoir) and is the first temple on the Preah Khan access road. On the summit of this small pyramid temple, two of the original exquisitely carved elephants can still be seen; two others are at Phnom Penh’s National Museum and the Musée Guimet in Paris.
