Hinojosa's large and impressive ethnological museum preserves and recreates rural life of the past with carefully curated rooms dedicated to crafts, domestic life, agricultural work, traditional pig-slaughtering (matanza), cinema, printing and grocery shops and more.
The local tourist office is also installed here.
