Small-batch wines have big personality at solar-powered Moshin Vineyards. Grapes grown organically go with the flow at Moshin's hands-off gravity-flow facility, developing character in their signature Sonoma pinot noirs, chardonnays, and rosé of pinot noir (still and sparkling). Tastings come with seasonal bites (75 minutes; $45) or educational tours of the cellar or vineyard (90 minutes; $55). Don't miss the digestif: a late-harvest sauvignon blanc blend dubbed "Moshin Potion" makes a mean martini with vodka and a twist.
