Marine Museum

In the vast former armoury of the Dutch Royal Navy, which still owns the building today, displays at the Marine Museum cover naval history mainly after 1815, the year the Netherlands became a kingdom. You can explore vessels moored on the docks outside, including a submarine left high and dry. Also here are the bridge and radar dome of the guided missile destroyer De Ruyter, where visitors can experience a simulated crisis situation and learn about 3D radar.
