At the western edge of Park an der Ilm, this is the house where Franz Liszt lived during his second stint in Weimar, from 1869 to his death in 1886. Opened to the public as a memorial shortly afterwards, its rooms, artworks, fittings and pianos are all much as they would have been when the composer and pianist lived here. There's also an audiovisual exhibition to help visitors better appreciate his music.
