Jeoryeong Coastal Trail

Another reason to visit is to enjoy two parallel scenic coastal walks, connected by stairs for easy access. At the time of research, however, these were closed due to the risk of rockfall. The 3km (80 minutes) Jeoryeong Coastal Trail skirts the coastline, starting from the base of Huinnyeoul Culture Village along a social-media-incensed coastal tunnel to Jungni Beach , where there's a red lighthouse atop a breakwater. Up on the clifftop is the less scenic 2km (30-minute) Jeoryeong Haerang-Gil trail , which runs along the main road, Jeoryeong-ro, from Huinnyeoul Observatory (where the temple of Baengnyeon-sa is located) to Jungni Beach.
