Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve

This quieter, family-oriented beach appeals to day-trippers looking for their own stretch of sand. Most of the action is clustered around 17th Ave, where there are public restrooms and several popular seafood restaurants and bars. Headed south there's a nature preserve, and folks can park boats (from 7am to 9pm) at the only free public dock on the Intracoastal Waterway.
