The Iglesia de San Juan sits a few blocks northeast of Plaza de España. Its main drawcard is its baroque tower, an intricate fairy-tale confection whose detailed red-and-white decor looks like it was piped on by a sure-handed cake designer. Commanding fine views, it's the only church tower in town you can actually climb.
