Fair Park's most famous building, theHall of State(dallashistory.org/about/hall-of-state) contains soaring murals that depict key episodes in Texas' history, from the arrival of the Spaniards through the early 20th century. Stroll past the Centennial murals just opposite that line both sides of the sculpture-fringed Esplanade Fountain.
