Housed in the grand old Bayazhan building, this museum features interactive displays showcasing Gaziantep's culture including the story of baklava and the city's shoemaking history. Information panels are only in Turkish, though foreign-language audio guides are available.
Afterwards relax with a tea, coffee or cold beer in the Bayazhan's courtyard bar.
