Deception Pass State Park straddles the eponymous steep-sided water chasm that flows between Whidbey and Fidalgo Islands, and incorporates lakes, islands, campsites and 27 miles of hiking trails. This area is also one of the best places in Washington to spot orcas from the shore, so keep an eye out to sea!
