Constitution Hill rises from the northern end of the seafront promenade; on a clear day you can see the Llŷn Peninsula from its blustery top. After you've walked or ridden the Cliff Railway up, there's a cafe (10am to 5pm), tenpin bowling and the world's largest camera obscura (a 1980s recreation of the Victorian original, closed from November to March) to divert you.
