It's no must-see, but this small museum at Nanyang Technological University is worth a visit if you're seeking some off-the-radar culture. Of its three exhibitions, 'Chinese More or Less' is the most interesting. The central theme focuses on the Chinese diaspora, including representations of Chinese people in popular Western culture.
