This monumental stone winery was built in the late 1880s, complete with a 18.5m castellated tower, and sits adjacent to some of the oldest vines in the valley, dating back to the 1840s. This is as old-school as the Barossa gets. Try some semillon from the 150-year-old vines if you get the slightest opportunity.
