Stretching skyward for 307m, it may not be the tallest residential tower in the Dubai Marina, but it's certainly a building with twist: a 90-degree spiral over the course of its height, to be precise. Aside from looking cool, the design actually reduces wind forces on the building and reduces direct solar radiation. It was designed by the same firm as the Burj Khalifa.
