Australasian Golf Museum

At Bothwell on the eastern edge of the Highlands, next to the visitor center, the Australasian Golf Museum (ausgolfmuseum.com; $5) celebrates golfing achievements Down Under. Exhibits have a particular bias towards Ratho Farm, Australia's oldest golf course, which is just up the road. It has a putting green where you can test old-style clubs, and a stupendous selection of golf-themed Jim Beam bourbon decanters (sadly, empty).
