It's well worth sticking your head into this two-room museum, which houses well-curated exhibits of local archaeological finds. Displays include Urartian stele and intricately etched belts, and Bronze Age–era ceramics as well as a room devoted to Ahlat's history through the ages. Information panels are in English as well as Turkish.
The museum backs on to the Seljuk Cemetery.
