Loisium Weinwelt is a paean to Langenlois' long history of wine growing as well as its present and future. It's something of an architectural statement too, set within an aluminium cube designed by New York architect Steven Holl. Multilingual audio tours set off every 30 minutes and lead you through a 1.5km network of ancient and very deep tunnels where wine is stored.
You can also taste and buy regional wines upstairs, and there is a produce shop and cafe too.
