Brockenhaus

Harz Mountains

The Brockenhaus, at the summit of the Brocken, has a cafe, interactive displays and a viewing platform. From May to October, rangers conduct one-hour tours of the Brocken plateau, departing from here and including the Brockengarten alpine garden, which contains around 1500 specimens of high-altitude plant species from around the world.
