A swish operation located on a hilltop 5 miles east of Middleburg, Chrysalis proudly uses the native Norton grape (which dates back to 1820), and produces quaffable reds and whites – including a refreshing viognier. Enjoy a glass or two with a cheese or charcuterie plate ($15 to $30) at an outdoor table.
