Painted Bride Art Center

Philadelphia

Famous for its facade covered with the mosaics of Isaiah Zagar, this alternative arts space was founded in 1969 by a group of visual artists and developed into a multi-disciplinary venue for theater, dance and music. In 2017 the organization decided to sell the building; shows may be held here in the future.
