At this bijou hideaway you can catch an informative one-hour walking tour that allows you to take in the plantation and a cocoa-processing plant. They also offer a new chocolate-making tour (guests/nonguests US$30/40) where participants can watch and sample the house bar.
The hike up to the lookout with fine views of the Pitons is for hotel guests only.
