Just outside Norbugang's south wall, this shrine features a giant, seated statue-shrine commemorates Lhatsun Chempo's 20th-century "reincarnation." Seen from Tashi Tenka, it's one of Yuksom's most striking structures.
The figure is notable for his deep brown skin, wild yet kindly eyes and cartoon-esque gray beard.
