Most of the original cogs, wheels and grinding stones continue to rotate in this working 18th-century mill. There's a picturesque riverside tearoom alongside and you can buy the mill's organic stoneground flour in the shop.
Admission to the mill is included in tickets to neighbouring Dunster Castle.
