In 1844, Emperor Thieu Tri described this as one of Hue's most beautiful spots, but it was devastated by war. Check out the superb entrance gate with prancing dragons and phoenixes, and the oval moat. The exterior has been restored, while the interior remains empty, except for its elaborate columns and tiles.
