Set on 1.2 sq km in the Pirita River valley and surrounded by lush conifer woodlands, these delightful gardens boast over 8000 species of plants, scattered between a series of greenhouses and various themed gardens and arboretums. Bring a picnic and make an afternoon of it. Joint admission with the nearby TV Tower is available (adult/reduced €15/8).
