Formerly the Air Force Command Headquarters, it was turned over to the Ministry of Culture in 2018 for development as an innovation hub and cultural space. It's lovely to walk around (although fairly eerie at night), and makes for a pleasant hour's stroll. The red-brick and whitewashed buildings, typical of Taiwan's institutional architecture from the 1950s and 1960s, still bear their Air Force insignia. Don’t miss the Political Warfare Building and its camouflaged bunker.
