Sukhna Lake

Fulfilling the leisure objective of Le Corbusier’s urban master plan, this landmark artificial lake is a popular rest and recreation stop for Chandigarh's resident families. It has ornamental gardens, a children’s fairground, places to eat and drink, and pedal boats to hire for leisure rides on the still waters of the lake.
