With dazzling views of the setting sun, this lovely beach also offers excellent walks north of the point amid the low cliffs, vast ledges of stone, rock pools, coves and isolated beaches.
There’s another much smaller beach and car park, also signed Spanish Point, on the R482, 2.5km north.
