Close to Tavan Bogd, the lower slopes of Sheveed Uul (3350m) and its surrounding valleys contain some fascinating petroglyphs depicting wild animals and hunting scenes. Keep your eyes peeled (and binoculars ready) for ibexes inhabiting the mountain above.
