Santuario de los Venados

This archaeological site up on a hill outside town features more than 60 zoomorphic petroglyphs, including many depicting deer. The path is not at all marked and so a local guide, arranged at the town Museo Precolombino de Chagüitillo (US$5 to US$7), is highly recommended.
