Pori Art Museum

Founded by the celebrated art patron Maire Gullichsen (of Villa Mairea), the city's art museum occupies the old customs house, in a prime riverfront location. The institution hosts rotating exhibits showcasing the work of contemporary local and regional artists. Exhibits especially focus on current social issues such as environmental awareness, multiculturalism and human rights.
