This quaint little park is dedicated to Portuguese immigrants and their community, founded in Montréal in 1953. At the rear of the park, next to the little summer pavilion, a plaque commemorates the arrival of Portuguese immigrants in search of a new life. The gates and fountain are covered with colorful glazed tiles. Surrounding streets are dotted with Portuguese and Brazilian restaurants.
