Sullivan's Island wasn't on the region's culinary map till this place showed up and made serious waves. The chef-owner, who also received high praise for Wild Olive, has demonstrated considerable range here, refocusing on light and playful plates of fresh veggies, pasta, seafood and unusual ingredients. Raw oysters are flown in from top locales, and vegetarians will leave exuberant.
The sun-drenched dining room is up on the 2nd floor, while a downstairs coffee shop and retail space offers strong coffee and lip-smacking gelato.
