The magnificent, airy tasting room tucked beneath the Winterhoek Mountains is a fine place to hang out for an hour. Tutored tasting sessions start with some background on the olive industry and production process, before moving on to the best bit – sampling the various olives, oils and tapenades. The last tour begins 30 minutes before it closes.
