NYC Information Center

Official NYC tourist information kiosk inside Macy's department store, with free maps and brochures and helpful, bilingual staff (languages spoken include Spanish, French, Mandarin, Portuguese and Italian, depending on available staff). It's located on the mezzanine level, near Starbucks. This is also where tourists are eligible to pick up 10% store-discount vouchers (bring ID).
