Needle Rock Visitor Center

The visitor center is staffed by volunteers so opening hours are sporadic. The history of the building is interesting: during the 1920s, there was a small settlement here, including a school and even a hotel. There is a display of the cultural history of the area as well as information about the fauna and flora.

The visitor center was the former ranch house of one of the residents.
