There's plenty to taste at one of the Hunter's great historic estates, prettily set against a backdrop of hills. Book ahead for the daily 10.30am tour ($5 weekdays, free weekends, 30 minutes). Tastings are free, but the $20 fee for four premium wines is also worth a go.
