Lake's Folly

Try the brilliantly balanced cabernet blend and chardonnay, which are both grown, vintaged and bottled on the estate, one of the Hunter's finest wineries and something of a cult classic. These small-production wines tend to sell out, so the cellar door is closed for four to six months of the year, normally from mid-December. Call ahead.
