Where most cities have bike racks and others have big parking garages, Waikiki has a public facility that embodies the very spirit of the beach: a huge locker area for surfboards right near the sand. Located next to the police substation, it's the perfect offbeat photo op. Hundreds of boards are stored here by locals in between their time out on the water.
