Kubota Itchiku Art Museum

In a Gaudí-influenced building above the lake, this charming museum displays the kimono art of Kubota Itchiku (1917–2003). You might see Mt Fuji in the wintertime, or the cherry blossoms of spring spread across oversized kimonos that have been painstakingly dyed, embroidered and hand-painted. The red-line bus stops here.
