The 15th-century Abdullatif Sultan Medressa is also known as the Kök Gumbaz (Blue Dome) after its turquoise Timurid dome. Closed in Soviet times, it reopened after independence as a religious school, but at the time of research, tuition has been moved elsewhere as the main structure awaits major structural repairs.
