English-speaking Dzung ("Jungle Boss") is an experienced guide who runs one- and two-day tours around the Ho Chi Minh Trail and the Abandoned Valley area of the national park with a good team. An excellent option (requiring a moderate to high fitness level) is exploring the remote Ma Da Valley, which includes a swim in the Tra Ang river cave and exploration of Elephant Cave.
The three-day and two-night Tiger Cave adventure is a more ambitious and strenuous trek, requiring considerable fitness, and includes Hang Over cave and Pygmy cave (despite the name, the latter is the fourth-largest cave in the world).
