One of numerous exquisite churches sprinkled around Jerez de los Caballeros, the 15th-century Iglesia de San Miguel dominates the main plaza. Its elaborate ceramic-, brick- and granite-carved tower (in the style of the Giralda in Seville) is a mid-18th-century addition.
