Probably the least interesting of NYC's observation decks, Edge compensates for its poor location (no major landmarks nearby) with adrenaline boosters such as slanted glass fencing that encourages you to lean out, and a small area of glass floor, to peer down at taxis 100 floors below. On the plus side, it's seldom crowded. For real thrills, you can don a helmet and harness and climb outside ($185, minus deck entry price). Online tickets get a slight discount.
