Domino Buenavista produces some of the Alpujarras' best wines (reds, whites, rosés and sparkling), inspired by California's Napa Valley, along with delicious olive oil. Visits include a guided tour plus a tasting; it's best to call ahead. It's just east of Ugíjar, 7km southeast of Válor.
