This cider-maker produces several varieties of still and sparkling cider as well as apple spirits and a tasty apple ice wine, all made from island-grown fruit. Staff offer complimentary tastings in their boutique, east of the ferry terminal, which also sells jams, pâtés, cheeses and other regionally made products.
