There’s a stunning beach here – a classic tropical picture of white sand, azure ocean and swaying coconut palms – and absolutely no facilities. Perfect if you want to get away from it all. Note the huge old baobab tree.
Chempiyanpattu is 30km southeast of Point Pedro, off the lonely B371. It's a further 17km southwest to Elephant Pass via the B402.
